The Philippines and its multitudinous, diverse chain of islands remain largely underserved by digital infrastructure which is largely concentrated near major metros like Manila. There is a vast imbalance between digital infrastructure and population densities (70 million people outside major cities). Development of the Edge will facilitate true, equitable digital growth.
